About the service
ÎndrumCuVoi is an information and support platform run by [name of the organisation]. It is not a medical clinic and does not provide diagnosis, treatment or medical consultations. Nothing on the site replaces seeing a doctor. In an emergency, call 112.
Your account
Taking part in the community requires a personal account for someone aged 18 or over. Keep your password safe and tell us if you suspect unauthorised use. You may use a pseudonym, but do not pretend to be someone else.
What you publish
You remain the author of your texts. By publishing them you give us a free, non-exclusive right to display them on the platform, as approved by moderation, until you delete or withdraw them. Personal stories are published — and possibly translated — only as agreed in the consent you gave when submitting them.
You are responsible for what you publish. Do not post details that identify other people without their consent, illegal, offensive or advertising content, or treatment advice presented as medical recommendations.
Moderation
For the community’s safety, posts may be reviewed before or after publication, and hidden or removed if they break the community guidelines. For repeated or serious breaches we may issue a warning, suspend the account temporarily or close it. You are notified of decisions that concern you. Moderators are not available around the clock.
Platform content
Articles, illustrations and other editorial material belong to the platform or their authors. You may quote them with a reference to the source; republishing them in full requires our permission. Some translations of editorial texts are made automatically and checked by the editorial team.
Liability
We do our best to keep information accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete or right for your situation. We are not responsible for decisions taken solely on the basis of the site, or for what other members publish, but we act when a problem is reported to us. Links to other sites are provided for information.
Ending use
You can delete your account at any time in your settings. We may close an account that seriously breaches these terms or the community guidelines.
